We got rid of our DS4 Crossback 1.6 Blue HDI 120 Manual (reg 30/11/2015).
We did find the steering wheel unnecessarily large. Access to the rear seats was also little difficult, due to the shape of the rear doors, in relation to the rear seat squab. Mpg was nothing special, giving around 4/5 miles less than our previous Citroen C4 1.6 diesel.
However, the really disappointing thing we found, was the ridiculously high gearing, requiring numerous gear changes, when negotiating twisty back roads. This probably contributed to the lower mpg. Once you're on motorways/duel-lane carriageways at 60mph+ in 6th gear, it's fine. otherwise, as we said, disappointing.
We replaced the DS4 with a 2019 C4 Cactus Flair 1.2 Puretach Auto.
In our opinion, a much better car, in every way.
