Any help needed

Hi guys, i have ds4 2013 1.6 petrol vti ive started to look coolant rapidly even on short journeys.
My engine /radiator fan doesnt kick in.
Ive had my water pump done which the garage said was the issue.

I have no white smoke
No bubbles in the coolant tank
No visable coolant leaks
No error codes
No over heating
No warning lights.

Ive booked into another garage for them to check but any advice before would be fantastic

Thank you

Split coolant bottle maybe ?
No leaks is a mystery though.

I had similar 5 months ago,
Car dropped coolant slowly, I topped up to monitor to have it dump the coolant in 20 miles.
Turned out to be gasket on the water pump.
It then dumped the coolant again, turned out to be a massive airlock, that after refilling cleared the issue
