Recently bought DS4 67 plate. When I turn headlights on during daytime Sat Nav goes black and speedo too dark to see. Can't find it in handbook. How do I fix this?
Thanks in advance for any help.
I do realize that I might just be being stupid and missing something obvious.

They do this, you need to turn the dashboard up but be aware that at night it will give you a sun tan! From memory it's the button behind the wheel (on the dash) on the right hand side - keep press No it and it gets brighter, stop pressing it then start pressing it again and it gets darker.

Does the day/night button not do that? the half white / half black symbol?

I tried that during the day when the display was in day mode, it didn't do anything. Then tried it at night, wow, that's severe! near pitch black.
I must have been thinking about the Nissan one that has a moon/sun, that changes between day/night/auto.

The dash lighting, dimmer control is the button next to the Spanner button (service button), bottom right of the speedo.
This ONLY works when the lights are ON or the car is in Night mode.
see page 57 of the manual. :-)

The 1/2 black, 1/2 white button turns off some of the screens for night driving.
