Screw from **** EGR Positional sensor

Has anyone ever taken the EGR positional sensor/servo housing off without taking off the airlfow housing/tin of plastic surrounding the injectors for the aircon. I thought to myself, 5 minute job but theres one screw, just one screw visable just under the bumper hole for the engine cover... Is there a tool or am I to fabricate one, i really dont fancy stripping the bay down as im now old and broken myself, i even considered cutting away the plastic partially to get a bendy down there...... Any help is fantastic cheers.

Have you got a wider shot of the engine bay, I've been meaning to take the EGR off on mine to clean it.
