Parking sensors

Hi chaps any ideas why my front parking sensors have went quiet? The rears are still loud like normal. Also I’ve noticed my radio doesn’t go down when the sensors come on anymore. Is there a way to actually turn up the volume?

I understand that the front sensor sound comes out the front speakers and the rear sensor sound comes out the rear speakers so perhaps someone’s messed with the front / rear fading on the audio system ?
Otherwise it sounds like the audio system might have an issue.
