Has anyone retrofitted a different steering wheel in their DS4? I’m thinking of biting the bullet and buying a DS5 steering wheel as I like the style compared to the bulky one in the 4.

Looked online and can see people have in the C4’s but nothing much has been said on whether it will need coding etc.

Any help will be greatly appreciated 😊

The two man issues are will it fit (splines correct) and will the controls work. Not sure how citroen are between models.

Thanks guys, I’ll have a stab at it and see if it will fit and let you all know. Can always sell the wheel on if it doesn’t.

Just a bit of an update to this thread, the wheel does fit nicely, just waiting on the airbag to arrive now.

Have you tested the controls? Same functionality?

I have just realised this won't work on the earlier models where they have some of the head unit controls on the wheel

It does appear to have half the buttons missing

Hi guys my original wheel attached only had the top half of the buttons (attached same style wheel and controls) so will be a direct swap. I know the earlier models and correct me if I’m wrong the prestige models had the lower half controls also.
