Hi everyone, this seems to be a common fault/issue with the ds models, I have a 2013 ds4 dsport with a bubbling bonnet.
I mentioned to the dealer who said its not there problem and has since closed down, I bought it in November 2019 and dont think I should have to pay for this issue, when I have read about the recall on them due to bonnet catch and bubbling issues, does anybody know which department or number/email to use please because I am getting passed from pillar to post and not getting any further.

Will it matter how long I have owned the car? I saw something about 12 year paintwork cover not sure if this applies like

It's a safety recall on the bonnet catch so they need to do it
