Was looking through the accessories for the DS4 and can across the Isotherm module (FRIDGE) part number 9456 03

Was wondering where this item is meant to fit?
Also has anyone got one fitted (pic please)?
and how difficult are they to fit?

Pretty sure it just sits on the seat and the seat belt holds it in place. Was looking at these myself a while back.
