It looked a bit cluttered with the Citroen badge on it. I quite like it smoother. Also there are quite a few around my area now so just doing something subtle that's different. Pain in the ass having 2 like it though.
Pour water over the badge and then use the thread to get under the letters. After that it's a case of getting into the remaining sticky tape left over. Again this was water and peel.
On mine (white) I just used my fingers to peel the letters off and most of the sticky tape came with. I'll put it down to mine being older that I didn't need to pour any water on again to get rid of the sticky tape.
On previous cars I have used a hair dryer to gently heat the glue/tape up and then peel off. This was a new method for me and very easy.
