Does anyone know if you can purchase the Denon Upgrade after you have taken delivery of the car i have the myway sat nav upgrade but not the denon upgrade. the stereo is good but it could be better i feel if the system can be upgraded i would like to do it. alternatively is there an output for a subwoofer on the original stereo??

hi there. i just had a amp and 4 new speakers + 4 tweeters installed by a private company. very happ!! iron said putting denon in afterwards Would cost loads. cheers, Ronnie

how much did your upgrade cost ?? i have alreasy got a sub and amp from a previous car but dont know where to connect to the ds4 sudio system would love to do it though. anyone any ideas??

I'd be really interested to know how much that set you back. I was a bit disappointed with the sound from the standard speakers and didn't want a subwoofer taking up space in the boot. Went to a couple of reputable local car hifi specialists but they were quoting as much as £800 just for replacing the existing speakers and suggesting that getting cheaper speakers would be a false economy. But i didn't want to spend anything like that much.
