Further to my issue with the speedo being frozen, I googled it and read that in other cars disconnecting the battery may help. However, in the manual it states not to disconnect the battery in start-stop models unless i am a citroen dealer. Is this just them being pedantic and trying to get you to pay, or are there actually technical complications to disconnecting?

Also, my start-stop doesn't work, i always just get the flashing of the icon when stopped...

In my manual it tells me to disconnect the battery if the car is not going to be used or over 4 weeks. Its a quick release so dead easy to do.

As regarding the stop start ask to see if there is a software update, (which compensates for an ageing battery) if it is up to date it will probably need a new battery am afraid, and the proper stop-start ones are over £100
