Hi,

I am trying to locate the DPF on my 2011 DS4 2.0 HDI.
Been looking and can't find it and any search I've done has brought me to different types of Citroens.
I am looking to clean it as it is blocked and giving it 20 mins plus drives at 60 km/h plus is not clearing it. Car is constantly throwing DPF related errors and been told by a garage that it is definitely blocked (but they wanted 1200 to replace it).

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Think it's on the backof the engine, under the turbo. The turbo feeds straight into it.

Not something that easy to clean, usually needs chemical treatment. It may be easier to get it to do a forced regen.

Oh great... Never easy. Forced regen done via diagnostics tool?

You'd need the citroen specific one, diagbox type software, to do it.

Are you sure it is blocked and not just a bad sensor?
Might be better with the actual fault codes.

Don't have the codes at hand at the moment but told by multiple mechanics the DPF is blocked

Also the car has 277000 kms on the clock which points to DPF issues
