Made use of a company car for a week leaving my ds4 in the garage. Now the battery is flat surely the battery shouldn't drain after a week with nothing left switched on this is so poor.

How can I charge the battery I cannot get access to the negative terminal? Edited by: el--lobo

Sounds like there is a fault, possibly with the battery as all Citroen's have 'economy mode' - this cuts out anything pullig power after a period of time or when the battery charge is at a certain level so the car will always be able to start; our Picasso used to do it all the time, the DS4 only once which I realised when starting the car was an interior light being left on.

Sounds like a battery issue.

Thanks all going for a service end of month will mention it then. Found I can put the negative to a bolt or engine mount to charge in situ
