Hi I am in desperate need of some advise. A few weeks ago my 2011 1.6 DS4 developed a electronic handbrake failure so would only apply/release by manually pressing the button. This did happen a year ago but I bought a new switch for it which cured it so I thought no more of it. Last week however all manor of warning lights appeared. - ABS FAULT, STABILITY CONTROL, ETC AND BRAKING SYSTEM FAULT light appeard on the centre dash screen. I took it into Citroen Coventry who after investigating it told me it needed new injectors and abs sensor coming in at £2k. The called Citroen UK who agreed to pay for the parts. However this didnt fix the problem, and further investigation found that the abs hydraulic block was full of water which had caused major damage to the main wiring harness and repair cost was £11,500!! Obviously the car is worth under 6K with 30,000K on the clock.<br style='font: 13pxormal "lucida grande", verdana, tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: left; color: rgb0, 0, 0; text-trans: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;'><br style='font: 13pxormal "lucida grande", verdana, tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: left; color: rgb0, 0, 0; text-trans: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;'>Has anyone heard of this issue before and can anyone one advise of any options I have. i.e. will insurance pay??What would cause the ABS block to fill with water??<br style='font: 13pxormal "lucida grande", verdana, tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: left; color: rgb0, 0, 0; text-trans: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;'><br style='font: 13pxormal "lucida grande", verdana, tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: left; color: rgb0, 0, 0; text-trans: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;'>I have asked the dealership to go back to Citroen UK to see what they can do but I dont hold much hope. I bought it from Citroen Coventry and have only done 15,000 miles in it since I bought it 4 1/2 years ago.<br style='font: 13pxormal "lucida grande", verdana, tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: left; color: rgb0, 0, 0; text-trans: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;'><br style='font: 13pxormal "lucida grande", verdana, tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: left; color: rgb0, 0, 0; text-trans: none; text-indent: 0px; letter-spacing: normal; word-spacing: 0px; white-space: normal; widows: 1; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;'>Hope someone can help....<br ="Apple-interchange-newline">
