I am trying to post some pics but when I preview they have scroll bars as if the image is to big to fit on the screenWhat am I doing wrong?

Option 3 for uploading the pictures should automatically resize them for you.

Ok I'm uploading from Photobucket the image size is 1024X768 which is the size PB recommend but still get get scroll bars.I have posted pics on other sites and they work fine.
What size should I be using?

Try to keep it under 700px and it should be ok. So 640x480 or something like that.
