Here is a pic of the Ds4 alloy as we all know. I know they are Diamond cut but I am not a fan of this. Reason being I have had a bmw m3 and also a Honda Civic with Diamond cut alloys. Problem is they dont last in Scotland due to the road conditions and weather.

So the Question. I am ready to get mine refurbed. Looking for paint clour finishes that are close to the picture.

Thanks

Hmm painted Calipers or not painted Calipers ??
Kind of screams 'hot hatch' and while the DS4 is no rocket ship, they do pull away well but they don't scream direct injection, variable valve, turbo etc so seem to miss out on some kudos.

On my Pearl White DS4- I've been thinking Blue Calipers.
I might grab some of these and stick em on temporarily to see how I like it. LOL

I love the calipers, they get my thumbs up.

I think that a small splash of colour in what is otherwise considered a 'normal(ish)' car gives it that little extra, in the same way that some extra seasoning adds an edge to an otherwise mainstream meal.

Getting the right colour in the right place however is quite an art otherwise you will look like a donkey's a*se, The backs of wheels would be a good candidate if you didnt want to do the caliper thing, the automotive interpretation of wearing snazzy socks with a formal Three Piece Suit.
- you just kinda know what I wear for work, dont you

Im in Scotland and my alloys are in a right mess!Does a refurb cost much?
Depends who refurbs them
I use the best..The Wheel Specialists...Branches all over
It will cost you around £350 for a full refurb of all 4 wheels....EXCEPT 19" Cairns

Its about £60 a corner near me. Loads of finishes available and some very close to the original colour. Why not go for something different though?
