Do you have such in your rides? I don't. There are bords on front thresholds, so there should be on rears ones too, my thinking goes... Never seen such on ebay either.

Not seen scuffing boards for rear doors, perhaps someone will start a new business making them

Not seen any specifically for DS4 but you can get a set for front and back doors for C4 from Aussie for about £15 - they say Citroen on them and are chromed alloy - don't look bad.
