Hi,I have pressed the SOS button on my DS4 Sport and it goes through to 999 - question is there a built in sim?
Second the Citroen button goes through

to Citroen Assist but I use Britannia Rescue and have done for years. Can the button be reprogrammed for another number, as a quick press if I break down to Britannia Rescue would be so good.

Hi. I understand there is a sim in the car. If you hit the SOS button it contacts a call center somewhere and they route the call, along with the cars GPS location to the emergency services. The same with Citroen button. As far as I can tell, it is not possible to reprogram the button. At least it can't be done without hacking.

I wouldn't think you can reprogram the SOS button,Citroen will be hoping you will resubscribe to their breakdown service year on year.
