Hi everyone, this is my first post here.

I have been smelling a slight burnt oil smell the past 3 days after stopping and getting out my car.

Yesterday evening, I got this message; STOP: Oil Pressure too low.
I immediately pulled over, and saw smoke coming out from under the bonnet. I had a look inside the engine bay and just saw oil all over the left-hand side of the engine bay.

I decided to rather not drive back into town, and just called a flat-bed truck to take it back.

Any ideas as to what might have caused this?

Its a 2012 DS4 VTi 120, with about 68 000km on the clock.

Oil pump, oil pressure relief valve, oil filter off (maybe). Not sure if yours has an oil cooler?
Shouldn't be too hard to find the problem if you clean it up and start the engine (very briefly)

Thanks vexorg. I did start the car briefly, and it had a very clunky and almost diesel-like sound?

I believe these engines have hydrolic timing chain tensioner so if you've got low oil pressure, chances are pretty high that the tenstioner is probably not fully engaging and giving that 'Diesel' sound.
I'm hoping the leak is your only problem. Hopefully something easy like a split oil filter etc.
best of luck.
