hi i have just joined this forum, having bought my DS4 approx 9 weeks ago, great car ,
but i want to ask do other users find the suspension hard, or knocking over certian bumps or

holes in the road, have taken back to Dealers they tightened "something" but seem to be coming back again.

The ride can certainly deteriorate over the typical road surfaces we have here.
My car has the 19" wheels, and over some stretches of road the ride can almost make me cringe!
Conversly though on a descent road the car is the opposite and is particularly quiet and refined.
Which was something the car this replaced - a Volvo C30 on comparitively small 17" wheels, failed to provide whatever the road.
I suppose you have to literally take the rough with the smooth.
Regards
Keith

I have the DS4 with the 18 inch alloys and yes the ride is very firm, the good seats help a little., but I'm learning to avoid any potholes. At least the stiffened suspension means there's little body roll in tight corners and of course it's a great motorway cruiser.
