Why why is the passengers window always nice and clear after wipers have been on and my side is not?

Coz the wipers are set up for left hand drive vehicles. When they switch the steering wheel round for us in the UK, they don't do the wipers!

I noticed this, looked at swapping em over but I have'nt been able to see the wipers for snow this week lol.
